Best way to use Beach Leftovers and the Most Amazing Easy Hollandaise

When at the beach, we notoriously end up with so much food and found a great way to use up some of our leftover crab cakes today- Crab Cake Benedict! More than anything, the reason I’m sharing is because I found a super easy and delicious hollandaise recipe that you all need to save and try for yourself!
Recipe: toasted farm sourdough, leftover crab cake, hollandaise with a touch of Old Bay and topped off with Old Bay....because we’re at the beach! Shoutout for this comment on NYT Cooking from Donovan- your recipe was better ans easier than the NYT’s! Only thing I added was about 1/8 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning.
