BE KIND...and WORK OUT THOSE ARMS BABY

My knees have been giving me some issues the past couple of weeks and yesterday and today I just decided to do the arm workout two days in a row to give me knees a rest from boxing and leg exercises and honestly I can’t really complain because this arm workout is 💥🔥
Perform each of these exercises for 50 seconds. If it is a single arm exercise make sure to do it for both sides - we don’t want to be uneven now! Ps. I am not a personal trainer so make sure to do your research if you are having any issues, merely sharing my journey!
